This feature runs behind the scenes, providing live data on usage time, scores and certifications of users. Administrators can report on any activity tracked by the system including scores, sessions, enrollment activity, certifications, e-meetings, evaluations, surveys and competencies. CERTPOINTVLS offers over seventy reports that enable administrators and managers to gain rich insight into the learning activities within the system.

Administrators can run reports across the entire system, across group levels or for a specific group, enabling them to filter reporting results and compare results from different groups. CERTPOINTVLS automatically saves report settings so that administrators only need to configure the report one time. After they run reports, administrators can export the data into text format, MS Excel format or XML.
